License & Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the FreeSize software and the customer portal.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the FreeSize software (Free and Pro) and the customer portal of lightnet multimedia GmbH.
2. License
FreeSize Free is provided free of charge for private and commercial use. FreeSize Pro is offered as an annual subscription (CHF 29 per year) and unlocks additional features as well as the portal.
3. Subscription & cancellation
The Pro subscription renews for one year at a time unless it is cancelled before expiry. Cancellation is possible at any time, effective at the end of the current period, via the customer portal.
4. Payment
Payment is made in advance via Stripe. The price displayed at the time of conclusion is decisive.
5. Data backup
FreeSize performs a pure read-only analysis and does not delete or modify any files on its own. You are responsible for backing up your data.
6. Warranty & liability
The software is developed with reasonable care but provided without any assurance of fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to intent and gross negligence.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to amend these terms. The version currently published in the portal or on the website is decisive.
8. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of lightnet multimedia GmbH.
